Small and growing businesses need software that actually fits how they work — but off-the-shelf tools are bloated, expensive, and ignore the channels (like WhatsApp) where their customers really are.
Solution
Codeskate is the brand I build SaaS products under. It ships focused, affordable, AI-first tools — starting with Codeskate CRM — that businesses can adopt in a day. One product studio owning design, engineering, integrations, billing, and deployment end-to-end.

WhatsApp-first CRM with an AI customer-care agent — the flagship Codeskate product
Problem
Small businesses run sales on WhatsApp but lose leads in cluttered chats — no pipeline, no follow-up automation, and no way to answer customers instantly around the clock.
Solution
A multi-tenant SaaS CRM that turns WhatsApp into a managed sales pipeline: leads, follow-ups, team chat, and analytics — plus an AI customer-care agent that auto-replies from each business's own knowledge base, classifies intent, and hands off to a human agent when confidence is low or the customer asks. Available as a web dashboard and an Android app on the same real-time backend.
Impact
Built end-to-end as a real SaaS product under the Codeskate brand — multi-tenant billing, AI auto-reply with human handoff, and a matching Android app. Deployed and demo-ready.
BreakIQ
Real-time workforce monitoring for teams & supervisors
Problem
Supervisors had no visibility into team compliance, causing SLA breaches and operational disputes.
Solution
Live status-tracking dashboard with policy enforcement, threshold alerts, and historical reporting per agent.
Impact
Built end-to-end — live status board, configurable policy rules, threshold alerts, and shift analytics. Deployed and demo-ready.

Tax consultancy business website
Problem
Established tax consultancy with zero digital presence losing leads to competitors with modern sites.
Solution
SEO-optimized marketing site with service catalog, appointment booking, and lead capture funnel.
Impact
Live for a real tax consultancy — the site brings in genuine inbound leads through organic search.

Temple website + devotee community
Problem
Temple needed digital presence for event announcements, donations, and devotee engagement.
Solution
Beautiful devotional site with event calendar, donation flow, and live darshan integration.
Impact
Built end-to-end — event calendar, online donations, photo gallery, and newsletter. Deployed and demo-ready.
Shivis Elegance
Full-stack jewelry ecommerce platform with a dedicated admin dashboard
Problem
Jewelry brand needed more than a storefront — a complete system to manage products, inventory, orders, customers, and revenue alongside the customer-facing shop.
Solution
Built two connected systems: a customer store with OTP-based login, dual payment gateways, and self-serve order tracking/returns, plus a separate admin dashboard for full inventory, order, customer, revenue, and coupon management — with Shiprocket wired in to auto-generate AWBs the moment an order is placed.
Impact
End-to-end order lifecycle — checkout, payments, shipping, and admin ops — tested and fully functional in production. Full product catalog and final polish still in progress.

- Founded Codeskate to build practical SaaS for small businesses — flagship product Codeskate CRM, a WhatsApp-first CRM with an AI customer-care layer
- Built Codeskate CRM end-to-end: multi-tenant orgs, WhatsApp Cloud API messaging, Razorpay subscription billing, and a web dashboard plus a Flutter Android app on one Firebase backend
- Designed the AI agent — RAG over a per-business knowledge base, intent classification, and confidence-based handoff to human agents
- Also shipped Saran Tax Solution (live, generating real inbound leads), BreakIQ, a temple site, and a jewelry store — owning product, integrations, and deployment throughout
